Dumbbell Shoulder to overhead


Time Cap: 12 mins

  • This is a quick and intense one! Pace yourself for the round of 21. Once you're at the round of 15, it's time to pick up the pace and sprint till the end!

  • You can choose to do this workout with 1 or 2 dumbbells.
