About us
The Daily Movement is a Singapore-based fitness and wellness provider that believes in sustainable and inclusive fitness. From dynamic outdoor group classes and personal training, to corporate classes and community events, we believe in cultivating a vibrant community where everyone can thrive – all whilst achieving your fitness goals.
Our journey started in May 2020 during Singapore's Circuit Breaker period when we gathered a team of fitness instructors to offer online workouts, workshops, and fundraisers. Our inaugural fundraiser for AWARE Singapore collected $1,500, followed by over $2,500 raised for HOME.org.
As the situation improved post Circuit Breaker, we transitioned to in-person classes. Today, we hold outdoor bootcamps for adults and kids, organise regular community events such as the TDM Sunset Race and MUPRH, and provide corporate classes and programmes. Additionally, we participate in various fitness meets and competitions with our coaches and members. From our inception till date, our primary goal is to foster an active, vibrant community through fitness and wellness.

A new space for all
We finally have a space to call home at Motive. Here at Motive, we are dedicated to building an inviting and community-focused environment for people at every stage of their fitness journey.

Nestled in the Toh Tuck neighbourhood, our facility offers a variety of fitness services including Group Fitness Classes, Small-Group Training, 1-1 Personal Training and more.

Training here isn’t about pushing to exhaustion every session — it’s about feeling good, moving well, and building habits that last. Our doors are open to every age, body size, gender, and fitness level.
