

About Us
The Daily Movement is a Singapore-based fitness and wellness provider that believes in sustainable, inclusive and affordable fitness. With a team of dedicated practitioners, we offer services such as outdoor bootcamps, group and personal training, corporate programmes and workshops, events and more. Apart from fitness and wellness as a service, we also have our own apparel and lifestyle line, Merch by TDM.


Our Journey
Our journey began during Singapore's Circuit Breaker period in May 2020, when we assembled a team of dedicated instructors and conducted regular home-based online workouts, workshops and fundraisers. Our first fundraiser for AWARE Singapore raised $1,500. Subsequently, we raised more than $2,500 for HOME.org.
As conditions shifted after the Circuit Breaker, we adapted and transitioned to live classes. However, our goal still remains unchanged since day one: (1) to provide sustainable, inclusive, and affordable fitness, (2) and to build a resilient and active community, (3) and to give back.
With a dedicated team, we would love to make a difference for our community and the public. We are always open to hear or discuss any collaborations and partnerships so if an opportunity arises, do let us know!

Our Outdoor Bootcamps
The Daily Movement believes in building a like-minded, active and resilient community. We have regular outdoor bootcamps every Tuesday (FLEX at 7:15-8pm & 8-8:45pm), Thursday (MOVE at 7:15-8pm and CIRCUIT at 8-8:45pm), Saturday (BODYWEIGHT at 8:30am-9:30am) and Sunday (EXERT at 4:30-5:30pm & 5:30-6:30pm) at Block 101 Clementi Street 14 S120101 at Sunset Way Fitness Area.
Our bootcamps are a great way for members to meet-up, sweat it out while having fun, and also spur each other on! At the start of each session, our instructors will demonstrate the exercises involved and do a warm up, before starting the workout proper. Each session is made and scaled for members of all fitness levels.
Our team is always present to ensure that your form is correct and you’ll get to experience a fun and enjoyable time — while working towards your fitness goals!
